A tough 1-0 away win against second placed TTM on Saturday saw Richards Bay FC move further away from the NFD relegation zone.
The three points gained puts them in 11th spot and they will look to add to that when they host Jomo Cosmos at the uMhlathuze Stadium on Saturday.
