Police promotions are celebrated

AT a function held at the eShowe Hills Eco-Estate, the eShowe Community Policing Forum presented certificates to 22 recently promoted constables attached to the eShowe Police Station.

The constables were promoted to sergeant after more than 10 years of service.

Chairman of the eShowe CPF, Stan Larkan, thanked them for their dedication over the years and wished them well in their future careers.

Station Commander, Lt Col Mathenjwa, said that he is proud of the record 22 promotions which reflects the quality of the staff at the station.
