A RICHARDS Bay woman is intent on pressing charges after becoming the victim of an apparent ‘peeping Tom’ incident last night (Saturday).
A video, captured by CCTV cameras at a petrol station in Veldenvlei, has gone viral on social media after the man bends down and appears to be taking a cell phone photo up her skirt.

After seemingly suspecting something amiss, the woman turns around and the video then shows the barefoot man pretending to be busy with something else on the floor.
After reportedly being turned away from Richards Bay Police Station when attempting to open a case, the victim has taken her complaint to Cluster level.
