Tiltmans reels ’em in
Tiltman lands prizes at the Grand Master Nationals in Eastern Province
ZULULANDER Johan Tiltman was thick in the action at the recent Grand Masters Nationals fishing competition held in Eastern Province, when he landed the most number of fish in the tournament (15) – most inedible fish (10) and most edible fish (5).
He landed two awards for his efforts.
Tiltman ended on 12th place on the individual ladder with team Zululand finishing tenth.
The Zululand team was represented by Tiltman, Roy Woodley and Tommie Simms.
Fishing conditions were perfect, with stunning flat blue waters and little or no wind to speak of.
The Zululand Shore Angling Association fished their common venue competition at Cape Vidal recently.
