A MAN was hi-jacked in Empangeni earlier today.
Daniel Morgan was checking his post box in Durnford Road at 1.30pm when the drama unfolded.
His wife, Linda spoke to the Zululand Observer.
‘He noticed three men sitting near the boxes but thought nothing of it. In a matter of seconds the men had surrounded him and demanded his car keys at knife point,’ she said.
The men then jumped into the silver Mitsubishi Lancer (NUF 24820), usually driven by his wife, and escaped.
The thugs got away with Morgan’s phone and wallet.
