Sunday shut-down for John Ross Highway

The John Ross will be closed to traffic in both directions tomorrow (Sunday) from 9am.

It will remain shut for around five hours – or until the rehabilitation in both carriage ways to Empangeni and to Richards Bay has been completed.

The public is encouraged to use the R619 (eNseleni Road) as an alternative route, as traffic shall be turned away from the John RossAlton (Alumina Allee / Truck Stop Sign intersection) and again at the John Ross on-ramp to the N2 towards eNseleni.
