Swimmers strike good early form in early gala

Swimmers will be back in action on Saturday when they compete in the Fish Eagles Short Course Championship gala at Arboretum from 9am to 5pm

GOOD early season times were recorded at the October age group gala hosted by King Cetshwayo District Aquatics at the Arboretum pool on Saturday.

In the boys section, uShaka Swimming Club’s Jordan Stevens, Michael Esterhuyse, Ethan Bender and William Paxton, along with Fish Eagles Swimming Club swimmers Daniel Triggiani and Khulekani Sikhosana put their hands up, winning the bulk of their races.

uShaka’s Sharon Crous, Fish Eagles Rebecca du Toit and Saskia Ludick, along with Pongola’s Danika Uys and Jemma Boddington were in top shape in the girls’ section.
