Richards Bay supermarket owners in running for prestigious award

IN acknowledgement of the continuously high standard set to ensure their shoppers enjoy a top notch shopping experience, franchise owners of OK Foods in Richards Bay have been nominated for the OK Franchisee of the Year OK Foods award.

‘This year, the OK Franchise Division (OKFD) is proud to announce Theunis Steenkamp of OK Foods Richards Bay as one of the retail stars in the running for the prestigious award,’ said OK Stores in a statement.

During the course of the year, all OK stores and their owners are evaluated on their ability to keep pushing the envelope, to make lasting impressions with their customers, ensuring they remain loyal and satisfied.
All aspects of a leading retail store are evaluated, including growth, customer service, staff, service departments, displays, administrative excellence and community involvement.
‘Being selected as a nominee is testimony that Theunis Steenkamp has achieved these benchmarks and raised the bar amid economic turbulence and rife retail competition.’
