Women’s Day celebrations in rural Mtubatuba
It was a Women's Day to remember for the 85-year-old Gogo from eZwenelisha
TAKING Women’s Day celebrations to Mtubatuba’s most needy, Cllr Ndumiso Zuma and his ward committee lavished Gogo Themba MaDlamini Buthelezi with gifts and food parcels, and gave her a celebration to remember.
Living in eZwenelisha, one of Mtubatuba Municipality’s most rural and needy communities, Gogo Themba (85) received a food parcel courtesy of North Coast Funerals, as well as a double bed, bedding, carpet, curtains and curtain rails courtesy of the dedicated volunteers, family members and ward committee involved.
