‘I was saved by the light’ says a man who believes he woke up from the dead in his 20s
HOW many people can say ‘I woke up from the dead’?
Imagine waking up in a coffin, morgue or during a vigil before your funeral.
Mandla (56), husband and father of two, is one of few who claim to have had a ‘death experience and then came back to life’.
This week he open his heart to the Zululand Observer, revealing details on what many would call a far-fetched fairy tale.
According to Mandla, when he was only 26 years old he suffered what many thought was a fatal head injury. Almost two days later, he says he woke up from the dead.
‘I was a rebellious teenager until my 20s. I had an accident while my friends and I were breaking into a farmhouse to steal some gardening equipment.
