Digital application to help curb human trafficking
Local men stand up for women through their new App, Imbokodo

WITH a spate of human trafficking, rapes and murders targeted against women on the rise in various parts of the country, two local young men are breaking the silence and using their digital knowledge to fight the injustice.
Langelihle Zulu (28) of eSikhaleni and Tshega Mampshika (23) recently launched a smartphone application, which they believe would be helpful in curbing human trafficking.
The Imbokodo App is aimed at reducing women abductions and assists authorities in times of emergencies.
The application can be downloaded to android smartphones, laptops and desktops, and can be used as a panic button during abductions.
