Utility employees run for water awareness

The staff either walked or ran 6km from the Mhlathuze head office to the Nsezi treatment plant

ALMOST 200 Mhlathuze Water employees on Wednesday participated in the utility’s fourth annual ‘Water-thon’ to raise awareness of the need to use water responsibly and sparingly.

The staff either walked or ran 6km from the Mhlathuze head office to the Nsezi treatment plant.

‘Water has no substitute and it is central to all forms of life,’ said the utility.
