Women only running club to boost safety

City running club to improve safety for women joggers

THERE is safety in numbers.

And a new nationwide fitness initiative starting up in Richards Bay today, will provide city women joggers with peace of mind when they want to go out training.

Catch Me If You Can (CMIYC) is a free, women only running club.

It currently has upwards of 9 000 members and 40 leaders across the country, and caters for all women regardless of fitness levels and goals.

Richards Bay resident Igna Freysen is the CMIYC Richards Bay branch leader and is looking forward to the inaugural run today.
