Thanda on target for PSL promotion
Thanda Royal Zulu’s single point from their 1-1 draw against Black Leopards on Wednesday inched them closer to their target of PSL promotion
WHILE the performance was by far not their best this season, Thanda Royal Zulu’s single point from their 1-1 draw against Black Leopards on Wednesday inched them closer to their target of PSL promotion.

Leopards would also have been hoping for a win to close the nine point gap between themselves and the Amabhubesi, but with time running out – only six matches left this season – they and the other chasers will probably have to settle for the second/third place play-offs.
Thanda need to forget what’s happening in their rear view mirror, and concentrate on the games that lie ahead.

They have looked down on energy in the past few matches and their giving away of the ball at the end of promising moves against Leopards was disturbing.
But the boys and their coaches know what they need to do and where they must improve, starting with the away game against Royal Eagles tomorrow (Friday).

This will be followed by home fixtures against Magesi on 30 April and Stellenbosch on 7 May.

Then it’s away to Cape Town All Stars on 12 May; home to FC Cape Town on 21 May; and away to Real Kings for the final NFD match on 28 May.
Go Thanda!
