I licensed two vehicles at the uMhlathuze Traffic Department last weekend, and was not offered, nor given, any free licence disk as mentioned in your article.
My life does not centre around this issue, but I just wonder where the disks are?
Are they being sold for profit, or lying in a box somewhere, a complete waste of money?
I would like Mhlathuze Water to be aware of the fact that they are not being distributed as promised.
