WATCH: Richards Bay residents join #SaveSA nationwide call for change

Richards Bay residents peacefully make their voices heard

RESIDENTS of Richards Bay united on this morning, joining the countrywide call to protest for change.

Close to a 100 people assembled at the corner of North and East Central Arterial this morning, displaying placards which encouraged putting an end to corruption, saving jobs and placing the best interests of South Africans first.

The gathering was not to march, provoke or offend and not to cause disruption to traffic or other normal day-to-day business, but for locals to be visible and be counted.

Those attending were asked to leave their political gear at home as the gathering was not political.
