Zumba master class for Richards Bay

LOCAL enthusiasts of the worldwide Zumba dance craze can enjoy a master class in this exciting fitness regime which incorporates Latin music and moves, this Sunday at the Outpost Restaurant hall in the Mzingazi Golf Estate, Meerensee.

The class is being organised by Debbie Trichardt, a licensed Zumba instructor, ZIN member and Zumba enthusiast taught by well known local Zumba Fitness celebrity Lucas Mthenjane, who can be seen on SABC’s morning show Expresso, where he gets South Africa going with his energetic routines.

Debbie has attended Zumba Fitness conventions worldwide, once in France and three times in the USA and is the Zumba Fitness marketer for KZN, where the aim is to increase the number of instructors in KZN.

‘We are excited about bringing the party to Richards Bay and I am sure Lucas will inspire the people of Zululand,’ said Debbie.

‘Everyone is welcome to attend, no matter what fitness level or age.

‘Our aim here is that some of the attendees will sign up to become Zumba Fitness instructors in the near future and that a training facility can be offered to the people of Zululand.’

The class will take place from noon until 1:30pm and the cost is R60 per person.
