A PETTY thief known for stealing bicycles and clothes off lines in Veldenvlei and Birdswood, is being detained at the Richards Bay police cells.
Mduduzi Makhuga (39) was apprehended on Friday for the second time with a stolen bicycle by patrolling Votella Security guards.
He was also caught with two bikes and bags of clothing in November.

The bicycle was stolen in mere seconds out of the garage of a home on Disa Dives street in Veldenvlei on 19 December.
The owners opened a case of theft.
Makhuga appeared in the Richards Bay Magistrate’s Court on Monday and was scheduled to reappear for bail application tomorrow (Thursday).
