Bay twin brothers score ten win

RICHARDS Bay brothers, Reshlin and Tristin Reddy completed their 10th Parkrun recently and received congratulatory certificates signed by ultra-marathon athlete and nine times South African Comrades Marathon winner, Bruce Fordyce.

They are part of the Richards Bay Parkrun, a free weekly 5km run which takes place at the Multi Sport Club every Saturday at 7am.

The walk/run is open to everyone, free, safe and easy to participate but members must first register as a member on the website, www.parkrun.co.za.

The route follows a pleasant scenic and parkland route and people of every ability can participate, from walkers or those taking their first steps in running to those with more experience and juniors.
