GRANTLEIGH College held its senior primary and inter-house gala last week, and while the weather was blistering hot, so too was the spirit of the learners.

Jordan Stevens was the star of the show, bettering all five open category records – the 200 individual medley, 50m butterly; 50, breaststroke, 50m backstroke and 50m freestyle.

Orioles won the Spirit Trophy and Bishops claimed the house honours.
