Ten injured in N2 collision over weekend
Ten people were injured after two vehicles collided on the N2 between the Canefields/R102 and John Ross Parkway intersections
TEN people were injured after two vehicles, a car and a bakkie, collided on the N2 between the Canefields/R102 and John Ross Parkway intersections on Sunday.
Five people sustained moderate injuries while five others escaped with minor cuts and bruises.
KwaZulu Private, KZN EMS, Xtreme Med as well as IPSS Medical Rescue paramedics were on scene and transported the patients to Ngwelezana Hospital.
Meanwhile, a truck overturned inside the Richards Bay Port property on Saturday.
No injuries were reported.
On Monday morning, a crash involving a single vehicle near Jozini left six people seriously injured, spokesman for KZN EMS Robert McKenzie said.
Details and causes of these incidents remain subject to police investigation.
