Gospel star Lundi, has died

Award-winning gospel star Lundi Tyamara (38) has passed away.

The well-known singer lost a long struggle with stomach TB and liver complications in the early hours of this morning (Friday) at Edenvale Hospital.

The Ndixolele hit maker was moved to ICU on Monday after his condition took a turn for the worse.

According to Tyamara’s family and management the muso ‘had put up a gallant fight against his illness, but God’s will prevailed’.

Since the report of his passing, tributes have been pouring in from all walks of life, including a message by the queen of gospel Rebecca Malope.
