FOREIGN national Chukwuma Kulu Omugo (41) was fined R10 000 on two charges of possession of drugs.
He appeared in the Richards Bay Magistrates Court last week and was found guilty on two counts of possession of the illegal drug methcathinone or ‘Cat’.
Arrested in October during a sting operation near his home in Birdswood, a large amount of the drugs with an estimated street value of R49 000 was recovered.
