Local businesses, corporates and schools who supported the CANSA DayNite Walk last weekend were thanked for their efforts at an awards handover at the Richards Bay Medical Institute on Wednesday evening

Team CrossFit Richards Bay were the overall fitness champs – Scharnee Muller, Lumay Cloete, Cylvia Broodryk (CANSA DayNite Walk volunteer) and Paul Botha

Celebrating with Bell Equipment who scooped three awards- the team raising most funds, best exhibitor and best food stall – were volunteers Amanda Londt, Wendy Preuss, Cindy Turner-Souchon (Bell Equipment), Rennet Soobramoney (Bell Equipment), Marlize Venter and Cylvia Broodryk

Veldenvlei Primary School walked away with the award for the school with the most participating learners – Amanda Londt, Wendy Preuss, Luzaan van der Merwe (Veldenvlei Primary School), Marlize Venter and Cylvia Broodryk

Corporate with the most entries went to South32 – Amanda Londt, Wendy Preuss, Yogen Chetty, Marlize Venter and Cylvia Broodryk
