Idols SA runner-up Thami is coming home
The local muso will this week meet the fans who ensured his rise to fame
THAMI Shobede will touch down in Zululand this week after a sensational run in the 12th instalment of the popular reality show.
In a tight race to the finale, Thami was pipped by fellow KZN rival Noma Khumalo on Sunday in a record vote that saw more than 83 million votes cast throughout Season 12.
The local muso will meet the fans who ensured his rise to fame on Friday at the Five Ways Mall in Empangeni between 3.30pm and 4.30pm.
On Saturday, Thami will also be signing autographs and interacting with locals at the Boardwalk Inkwazi Shopping Centre (Wimpy entrance) in Richards Bay at midday before heading off to Town Square Mall at 1pm.
