Keeping eShowe fit and healthy
The latest edition is the eShowe Extreme Fight Club, which is based at the eShowe Sports Club
ESHOWE has various exercise venues offering fitness programmes to keep the body fit and healthy.
The latest edition is the eShowe Extreme Fight Club, which is based at the eShowe Sports Club.
Former Gingindlovu Primary School and Glenwood College pupil, Sipho Gama has returned to town and is teaching his passion.
After his high school studies, Sipho stayed in Durban and became a bit of a couch potato and decided that he needed to get his body back in shape.
He joined the Durban-based Shuriekenn Kick Boxing and the MMA Dojo clubs.

There he fought seven MMA fights, of which he won four, before having to retire owing to leg ligament injuries which kept him out of action for two years.
He moved to eShowe after his recovery and secured the eShowe Sports Club premises where he has been holding classes for the last seven weeks.
His training focuses on boxing and kick-boxing, while also promoting body management and fitness.
He has classes for children starting at five years old and coaches all the way through to adults.

Those who are considering going professional will also be accommodated and they will be able to attend tournaments in Durban.
Sipho says that he has even had some ‘elderly’ gentlemen join him for a few minutes in the ring, and he says they can still throw a decent punch.
Sipho can be contacted on 076 3702917 and W/app 073 5798614.
He is on all social media platforms as eshowextremefightclub.
