A feast of football entertainment for local soccer lovers
The final between Future Stars FC and Sxaxa FC will be played on Saturday
SOCCER lovers enjoyed a feast of football at the weekend in the Summer Cup Fever tournament held at the Madlankala sports field on Saturday.
Organised by S’busiso Moyana and S’thembiso Ntombela and sponsored by Cell C, the tournament provided the youth of Madlankala, Gobandlovu, Mkhobosa, Bhekizitha, Mabuyeni and eSikhaleni with opportunities to showcase their football skills.
In the first semi-final Future Stars FC beat Paradise FC 3-1, while Sxaxa FC reached the final by beating Bara FC 3-1 in a penalty shoot-out.
The final between Future Stars FC and Sxaxa FC will be played on Saturday at the Maholoholo sports ground at 9am.
