LUCKY Zululanders caught up with legendary South African guitarist Larry Amos, widely regarded as the best ‘blues’ guitarist in the country, at the Umfolozi Casino Resort on Saturday night.

Those old enough will remember Amos for Baxtop, an original blues-rock band from South Africa which was dubbed ‘the best blues-rock-boogie band that never came out of the American South’, then the Larry Amos Blues Band and Naughty Boys.
