Theme winner and overall Junior winner was Gerrit Dyman's 'Dirt'

THE Beachcombers Photography Club’s August meeting had ‘Sport’ as its theme, which presented interesting challenges to club members who presented an array of exceptional shots in the open section.

The overall Junior winner was Gerrit Gyman with ‘Dirt’, while the open winner, Nobby Clarke, took the top prize with ‘Toss it up’.

Visitors and photographers are invited to visit the club as guests on the first Tuesday of every month at the the NSRI (next to Zululand Yacht Club) in Richards Bay.

Induction for new members starts at at 6:15pm, and the club meeting at 7pm sharp.

Club events, as well as the club newsletter are available at beachcombersclub.co.za and the theme for the September meeting is ‘Portraits/Monocrome’.
