Amazulu had a great day at the office, beating Bloemfontein Celtic 4-2 in their opening game

DURBAN football club Amazulu were crowned 2016 uThungulu Mayoral Cup champions after beating Lamontville Golden Arrows FC 3-1 in a penalty shoot-out, after being deadlocked at 2-2 in an action-packed final played on Saturday at the uMhlathuze Regional Sports Complex.
Four teams did battle – Amazulu, Bloemfontein Celtic, Lamontville Golden Arrows and local side Thanda Royal Zulu.
Amazulu had a great day at the office, beating Bloemfontein Celtic 4-2 in their opening game, setting up a final against Lamontville Golden Arrows, who beat Thanda 2-0 in a penalty shoot-out in their first game.
