Daylight armed robbery

They men damaged the gate remote to gain access to the property.

AN Arboretum Extension woman was robbed at gunpoint inside her house on Monday morning when two suspects stormed into the premises at about 11.30am.
According to police, the complainant in Avokadokroon street heard noises at her front door after her alarm was triggered by the outdoor beams.
She had locked herself in the bedroom, but one of the men forced opened the door, threatened her with a firearm and stole jewellery and electrical appliances.
They had damaged the gate remote to gain access to the property.
