Kwadukuza to spend R16.5-million on road upgrades

The project is expected to take three years to complete.

KWADUKUZA Municipality (KDM) Mayor Ricardo Mthembu has launched the first phase of a urban roads rehabilitation project following public concerns over on the number of degraded roads.

Five roads are to be upgraded on a R16.5-million budget, which will cover Clover, Everest, Thucker, Centenary and Azalea roads, as well as Manor Drive.

The project is expected to take three years to complete.
