Funny man Sfiso tackles single parenting issues
Local comedian Sifiso Nene will set the stage on fire during his one-man comedy show at the Play House Theatre in Durban on Friday, 1 April
HOMEGROWN comedian Sifiso Nene will perform his one-man show titled Baby Mama Drama Nabanye at the Playhouse Theatre in Durban on Friday, April.
The funny man from Ngwelezane will deliver a two-hour session of new and old material.
The show is mostly dedicated to single parents.
‘Single parenting is like a disease, and at some point we all have had some drama with our spouses. This show will highlight those issues in a very funny way. I plead with people to come and distress and enjoy the laid back show,’ he said.
Nene is known for winning the first reality comedy show So you think you’re funny in 2009.
After launching his career as the winner, Nene has gone on to win, among others, two Comic Choice Awards in 2012 and 2013.
He has also been featured in the popular series Taxi Ride, and on live stages across South Africa as part of big comedy line-ups such as Blacks Only.
