UPDATE: Three dead in water pipe tragedy
Emergency officials struggle to retrieve bodies from a pipeline in eShowe
POLICE and community members are busy recovering three bodies from a newly laid pipeline in eShowe after several workers were trapped in the tube earlier this morning.
Two others are being transported to hospital.
It is reported that the men were overcome by exhaust gases of a petrol water pump while cleaning the pipeline from Goedertrouw Dam to Rutledge Park Dam.
