Efficiency rule at SARS and Home Affairs

TO all my fellow South Africans who seems to think we are falling apart.

I just returned from SARS, and what a pleasure it was to do business there – efficient, friendly and helpful.

I experienced the same when I went to renew my ID and passport.

I have lived in ‘first world’ countries and Home Affairs and SARS in Richards Bay can show these so called first world countries how it should be done.

Well done to all the staff and thank you.
