IT is so frustrating and irritating that certain individuals do not take the water shortage crisis seriously.

I know that hearing about certain areas and communities not having water goes in the one ear and out the other ear, but seriously people we need to save water now, before it’s too late.

Once again I see these car washers just spraying numbers of cars with hose pipes and leaving taps running whilst cleaning cars.

Home owners and people renting homes fill up their swimming pools, spray their roofs clean, use high pressure machines to clean their houses and outside areas.

As the water meter readings increase, is the municipality going to fine these individuals?

One can fill a bucket with swimming pool water to wash your car, instead of letting precious litres flow down the streets.

I believe that we all need to work together before we find ourselves without any water at all.
