WITH a 100% pass rate and 87.5% university passes, Felixton College Headmaster Craig Neave is ‘delighted’ with the results.
‘Felixton College has the reputation of being a top academic institution and the 2015 results reflect this.
‘The Independent Examinations Board’s Senior Certificate Examination is of a very high standard and the Felixton College matrics have risen to the challenge, producing outstanding results, well above the national averages.
Neave attributes the success to the teachers who worked hard to prepare students for the final examinations.
‘We have dedicated and committed staff who unselfishly give of their time in working with the pupils from the Junior School right through to Grade 12.
‘Well done to all our matrics for a great academic effort and we wish them well for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.’
Neave had a special word of praise for ace student Murray Louw, who he described as ‘a fantastic academic and wonderful young man’.
‘His 8 As are well deserved. His average for these challenging subjects was over 92%.
