I WRITE this letter out of absolute frustration, and am ready to tear my hair out at the roots.
My husband and I have been trying unsuccessfully for four weeks to renew our vehicle licences at the licensing department in Richards Bay.
At 7am this morning there was a line of over 150 people outside the door, waiting for them to open.
We have not had any luck in our applications and our desperate attempts to get answers of any sort were met with blank stares.
There are no managers or supervisors available.
Apparently the one supervisor is in charge of both Empangeni and Richards Bay, and is hard to find at either branch.
This lack of service is shocking, and it is a disgrace that this is going on.
I am a tax payer and surely deserve the right to government documentation?
Having spoken to several other people about our frustrations, it turns out we are not the only ones in this predicament.
