IN an effort to address the dire need for hygienic supplies among rural women, the men of Shalom Lighthouse Ministries in Empangeni donated 104 hygiene packs to the Zululand Observer charity arm DICE (Do I Care Enough?).

These packs will be distributed to homesteads in the surrounding areas.
