Anglican Church celebrates 100 years

Holy Cross Anglican Church celebrates its centenary with history and flowers

THE Holy Cross Anglican Church in Empangeni celebrated its 100th anniversary over the weekend.

The festivities started on Thursday evening with a cocktail party, flowers through the church and a historical photo exhibition, and on Saturday a market and tea garden attracted many visitors.

A solemn service on Sunday rounded off the centenary celebrations.
