One killed in early morning taxi crash
Medics respond to crash between Pongola and Piet Retief.
ONE person died and another two were critically injured when the taxi they were travelling in overturned on the N2.
According to KZN EMS spokesman Robert McKenzie, the crash occurred yesterday morning at about 6.30am between Piet Retief and Pongola.
‘One person was declared dead on scene and another two patients were critically injured,’ he said.
