VIDEO: New App for motorists connects local drivers
October is Transport Month, we found a helpful app to help local drivers with traffic updates.
A NEW community-based traffic and navigation application is currently taking smart phone users by storm, while assisting in navigation and daily traffic control.
The features allow drivers to save time and money thanks to real-time traffic updates from other Waze users in your area.
Users can also take a more active role by sharing reports on accidents, police traps, or any other hazards along the way, helping to give other users in the area a ‘heads-up’ about what’s to come.
Waze also keeps a close eye on your driving routine and sends an alert to local Waze users if you are experiencing anything out of the ordinary, allowing nearby drivers to assist.
