THE largest shopping mall in eShowe, the eShowe Mall comprising of 15 395m² of retail space will be auctioned by order of Accelerate Property Fund at noon on Thursday, 29 October at the Durban International Convention Centre.
The mall consists of 47 shops/offices over two floor levels and has 114 parking bays.
The eShowe Mall will be one of five malls which will be up for auction by GoIndustry DoveBid S.A. (Pty) Ltd.
The other shopping centres are the East Lynne and Glen Gables shopping centres and two three-storey buildings in Mellville.
