I HAVE tried expressing my grievance via many channels, but to no avail.
Last year I hired a car at a reputable local car rental company and the service I received was terrible.
The car was fine, the rates were fine, but there were some racial comments made by one of the staff members.
I called the manager, who took the side of his staff members.
I would like to know if racism will ever diminish in this country, or is it just a dream?
The manager did not condone the racial comments, but I was surprised by how rudely he treated the whole situation.
This looks like a great growing company, but they will have to change their attitude.
