New Director takes her seat
Kloppers Incorporated welcomes their new company director
WITH a growing passion for law and a mission to prove her worth in the field, Zululander Andile Mtshali has been appointed as a new Director of Kloppers Incorporated.
Born and bred in Zululand, Mtshali began her career with Kloppers Inc. only two years ago when she was enrolled in the Candidate Attorney programme.
She will now be joining fellow Directors Wian Pienaar, Frans Marx and Phonnie Roos at the Empangeni and Richards Bay offices.
‘She showed such promise and a passion for the law that we knew right from the interview stage that she would be a great fit into the Kloppers family,’ said founder Pieter Kloppers.
‘Over the past two-and-a-half years she has not only proven her worth, but also became a trusted and integral member of our staff, so this was the only logical next step for us.’
Mtshali’s qualification was a long and hard-laboured one in which she faced many challenges common to many students from her alma mater, the University of Zululand.
She is hoping to institute a programme to assist those like herself who are capable of so much more than their circumstances allow.
‘I received a few offers of employment after I qualified, but I decided to stay with Kloppers Inc because of its work environment,’ said Mtshali.
‘They take their work seriously and they are genuinely concerned for their clients. It’s all about helping people.’
‘I want to be known among my peers and clients as being able to deliver on my promises and to deliver quality service.’
