uMhlathuze Municipality wins the coveted Govan Mbeki human settlements award in Cape Town.
THE City of uMhlathuze’s vigorous urban and rural housing projects drew national attention on Thursday night when the municipality won the coveted Govan Mbeki human settlements award in Cape Town.
uMhlathuze outshone municipalities countrywide by scooping the Best Accredited Municipality Level 2 (Category B) for its successful execution of human settlement projects from the planning phase to the delivery of units to beneficiaries.
