Richards Bay collision leaves all passengers injured
Emergency services on scene at Alton intersection crash involving a truck and taxi.
TRAFFIC is backed-up at the Harbour Arterial intersection in Alton Richards Bay after a collision between an Afrox truck and a Quantum taxi 30 minutes ago.
All passengers have sustained injuries and emergency medical rescue services, including SAPS, uMhlathuze Fire and Rescue and Traffic officials are on scene.
According to witnesses, the driver of the truck travelling along the John Ross Parkway approaching Richards Bay collided with the oncoming taxi.
Injured passengers are being transported to local hospitals for further medical attention.
