WITH the colder weather rolling in, the Zululand Observer charity arm DICE (Do I Care Enough?) has received an abundance of blankets in aid of the annual Winter Warmth campaign.
On Thursday morning over 50 blankets were donated by Transnet Freight Rail Richards Bay Customer Care. These will be donated to needy homes throughout the area.
St Catherine’s also stepped in and donated multiple blankets knitted and crocheted by staff members, pupils and the community in honour of the 67 Blankets for Nelson Mandela Day.
