Stanger guys to battle for Braai Master title

The Ultimate Braai Master competition has roared into life, and two Stanger guys are in it to win it.

Season four of the Ultimate Braai Master has roared into action and once again promises to be action-packed with delicious braai tips and sizzling competition.

Thirteen teams will travel the length and breadth of the country and compete in braai challenges at 13 epic locations, vying for the the title of Ultimate Braai Master.

Two Zululanders are in it to win it.

Braai master Eldry Leibrandt and braai buddy Louis Pillay, the ‘Sisha Mfethus’, made it through the auditions and are now in the Top 13.

Braai master: Eldry Leibrandt

Eldry (35) works as an architectural technologist and project manager in Rocky Park, Stanger. He describes himself as a down to earth type and a fun

loving person.

If he wins, he will use the prize money to open up an outdoor catering business.

His biggest fear is making desserts and sauces on the braai, and he hopes his bad time management skills will improve.

Braai buddy: Louis Pillay

Louis (31) is a civil engineer from Rocky Park, Stanger. He entered the show with the hopes of winning and using the money to open up the best carwash and shisa nyama ever. Like his braai master friend, he is most afraid of desserts and baking over an open flame, but he is ready to gain the experience and will do everything he can to win.

The Ultimate Braai Master will air on eTV soon, so keep your eyes peeled for the Sisha Mfethus. As in life and braai, local is lekker, so support the okes as they tough it out and braai up a storm.
