Two die in early morning Brackenham crash

TWO men were found dead on scene after a car left the road and rolled close to the Brackenham/Alton robot on Saturday morning.

One occupant’s body was still in the vehicle while the other was flung some distance from the ND-registered car, which was only reported by passers-by at first light.

The victims had been travelling at high speed towards the Richards Bay CBD, some time before dawn.

The car left a trail of destruction as it ploughed 200 metres through the veld before coming to a stop.
